Charls has provided a good supporting service. Always a plus!
The certificates are priced well and the live chat is very responsive on the weekend when needed. Happy I went with SSL.com. Also, the knowledge base and guides are a great resource.
We needed an internal name on our ssl, but ssl no longer supports it. The chat person explained to me in detail why that is the case, but still was able to get us an ssl using a domain name.
I validated and installed the SSL/TLS cert in about 5 minutes. Overall I give them a thumbs up
I tried a free ssl from a different provider could not get it to work after too many frustrating hours. the basic ssl worked immediately so we didn't need any support
Michael in Chat helped us with a complicated purchase. He gave us clear choices that were both robust and inexpensive. We were new to the process and he provided exceptional guidance without overwhelming us withtechnical explanations.
We've used other more popular ssl providers, but none provided the level of support these guys did. They try to earn your business by providing prompt support. Works for me.
I'm switching from another provider that as charging me to upgrade from SHA1 to SHA2. I read that SSL.com allows DIY upgrades free of cost. So far I received SHA2 certs, but I do see a switch that allows upgrade/downgrade to SHA1/SHA2.
I was amazed at the how quickly I was able to get this ssl installed since I'm new to encryption
